Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped from the United States.

Shipping Responsibility

Once an order has been placed, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs associated with that order, including:

  • Initial outbound shipping

  • Any return shipping for exchanges

  • Shipping costs for replacement items sent as part of an exchange

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and are non-refundable.

Processing & Fulfillment

  • Orders are processed within 2–4 business days, excluding weekends and holidays

  • During product launches or limited releases, processing times may be longer

  • You will receive tracking information once your order ships

Delivery

  • Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control

Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

  • Orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be delayed or lost

  • Additional shipping charges resulting from address errors are the responsibility of the customer

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the customer.

  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery

  • If an issue arises, we will assist in providing tracking details or filing a carrier claim when possible

International Shipping (if applicable)

International customers are responsible for:

  • All shipping costs

  • Customs duties, taxes, and import fees

We are not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

Clear policies allow us to focus on making the product right—not inflating prices to cover avoidable shipping costs.
